Most people want to become a good worker in the 21st century. Yesterday I had a dinner with senior manager who was super worker. I didn’t realize why his action is better than me before having a dinner. However I understand why his is good worker.
He enter the company 15 year ago. This period was that branch company was set up so My senior manager always dispatch the branch office at that time he only stay one month in the Korea. While branch company set up, he have a lot of experience and his boss was challenge his task, so his work ability grow up.
However My Junior member don’t have opportunity to experience new environment. I also have a same condition now so that never win my senior ability. In order to Good worker, recommend below 2 way
